This notice covers daygullstudios.com, operated by Daygull Studios LLC. Our games have their own policies and feature-specific data practices; this notice does not replace them.

Website visits

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Requests can include your IP address, browser information, requested page and technical security logs needed to deliver content and protect the service. Cloudflare applies its own privacy policy.

Interactive artwork

The site’s Gull Run play break runs in your browser. Its score is not submitted to a leaderboard or saved to a player account. The website code does not add advertising or analytics scripts or store a player profile. Hosting and security processing still applies to website requests.

Email and launch notices

Contact and Notify me links open your email app. If you email us, we process your email address, message and attachments to answer your request. Cloudflare routes our company email; email providers also process delivery and mailbox storage. A launch request is used for the requested product announcement, not general marketing. You can withdraw by replying or emailing the same launch address.

Use, sharing and retention

We use this information to operate and secure the website, respond to correspondence and fulfill requested launch notices. Hosting and email providers process it for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect people and the service. We retain correspondence and technical records as reasonably needed for their purpose, security, legal obligations and dispute handling; provider backups and retention procedures may apply.

Your choices

You can choose not to email us. For access, correction or deletion requests, or questions about a child’s information, contact legal@daygullstudios.com. We may need limited verification to protect someone else’s information. Do not send passwords, identity documents, payment-card details or a child’s birth date in ordinary email.
